1st step almost completed.. many more to go..

So today we finished looking at the last and 4th hotel.

PanPac's ballroom was impressive. Perhaps the most impressive one among all. It can hold up to 65 tables.

Intercontinental: We were not that impressed with the wedding planner. Maybe bcos someone has already tentatively booked the date we want so she doesn't seem that enthusiastic. She never give us as much information as the other wedding planners.

Mandarin Oriental was Mrs Tootsie favourite shortlist. It has a reputation for its food. Ballroom was ok but themes was very very nice. We both remember that one particular theme (dreamz)clearly after the meeting with the wedding planner.

Regent has nothing that impressed us. Location was also bad. Only attracting thing is the price which is cheaper than the other hotels.

It was suppose to be the last but my parents suggested another one. Marriott. So we will be going to this last one sometime this week and we'll make our decision soon.

But currenly we have narrow down to PanPac and Oriental.

We saw RONALDINO!!

We were at Oriental Hotel today when we saw a coach driving in blocking our path. We thought it was a group of tourist on a day tour or something but then we heard Woos and Ahs and in front of us was 2 Malay boys taking pictures.

Whats the commotion I thought.

I wanted to leave but Mrs Tootsie hold me back. Then we saw yellow uniforms. It didnt struck me that Brazil was here for a friendly match. Only until Mrs Tootsie mention that it could be Brazil that this piece of information came to me.

So I saw Ronaldino right in front of my face!! OMG I was so excited!!

A call...thank u

Today I received a call....from nana darling's fren, a beautician of a facial salon. I was caught by surprise when I answered the phone call.

Nana darling, thank you so much :) On the facial recommendation :)

Looking forward to my facial session after I take the package :)

Luv Mrs Tootsie

First Preparation for wedding

My first wedding prep is to start on facial. Was looking at one of the packages offered by a beauty salon. A facial package is not cheap afterall, plus products everything, I will need to spend about $2k plus....

Just recently I have already spent almost $2k on my 1yr yoga package. Yes partly becuz of the wedding but the yoga package is more for my wellness. I should stop being a couch potato. And dont be surprised....Mr Tootsie is addicted to yoga so much so that he also extend his package to a 1yr package.

Was msn-ing with Darling Tootsie on our wedding preps ...

Darling Tootsie =>says (11:58 PM):
dun worry i will pay for everything

Darling Tootsie => says (11:58 PM):
juz make sure u'r a happy n beautiful bride

I was exceptionally touched by the last sentence ...but I wont let my darling tootsie pay of course. He has spent alot on me.

Thank you darling!

Luv Mrs Tootsie

** More preps to come along and I must really thank Mr and Mrs PDA for their wedding tips too.

We are getting married

It all began when we started searching for a flat. After the fourth try, we finally got a flat and the queue no. is 3!! its like we strike lottery!! Now waiting anxiously on the date for our flat selection
So Mr and Mrs Tootsie will be starting a new journey together...

These days Mrs Tootsie has been doing research on hotel banquets and making appointments with them. Being KS, I called the hotels that we have shortlisted and din know there are ppl more KS than us. Some of the hotels that we have shortlisted are fully booked or tentatively booked. This left us with 3 hotels with ballrooms available for us on our special day. Coming week or so, we are going to finalise on the hotel that we will be holding our wedding banquets.

Mrs Tootsie admit she is a "gan cheong spider" but which gals dont want a almost perfect wedding with no disappointments. Indeed Mrs Tootsie is someone who plan things ahead. Though Darling Tootsie is more relaxed but Mrs Tootsie does see a different side of Mr Tootsie. And Darling Tootsie just found sth interesting on the web for our wedding banquet and its really interesting...we both like it :) we shall keep it a secret first :P
Who knows more surprises popping out of Darling Tootsie's mind.

Well more updates coming up for our wedding prep :)

Luv Mr & Mrs Tootsie

Anyway the "french kissing" name was actually given by Mr T when I mentioned to him about the duck tongue...and he replied: " A duck tongue in the mouth, wasnt it like french kissing ?"

Hmmm interesting word to use.

My Preying Mantis

Oh my You are not only adorable but soooo soft

mmmm....

Ta darrr.....Such an adorable Cat....Looking at her I just cant bear to eat it but sorry Softey, I just cant resist the temptation :P Oh my!!! Yummy!!!

Pictures taken during our Anni

Sorry guys....I must admit that I am getting lazy to blog and will only feel like blogging when I have the mood..just like now :)

As promised in my previous entry on "Clovey my carebear", I talked about our Anniversary Dinner at Labrador Park. Yeap the dinner there was rather a surprise to me. At times Mr Tootsie just like to spring surprises.

So we had our dinner at this restaurant - Villa Seafood Galleria. As it's opening hrs is from 6pm and we were early, we took some pictures of the surrounding.

Well, thumbs up for the nice surroundings...not exactly amazing but its peaceful :) minus the MOSQUITOES that fed on my legs!!! arrggg ....

As for the restaurant, both Mr Tootsie and myself find that the food is nice though esp the Drunkard Prawns and Beef Steak...Yum Yum..however a THUMBS DOWN for their service:

1) The waitress fail to change the plates and utensils often.

2) We ordered a Sea Bass, waited for quite some time and when we asked for our fish, we were told that there's no more sea bass and the waitress had the cheek to tell us that they have changed the fish to Cod Fish.

I was so pissed off that I actually told off the waitress, why did they change our order without telling us. We cancelled that dish of course, and its a good excuse for us too keke....as we felt so full from the yummy 300gms of drunkard prawns, fried scallops, beef steak and soup. We ordered a bowl of dessert before we end our dinner :) Dessert is nice too !!

Labrador - That's where we had our dinner

Daylight: Nice pool outside where you can hold your ROM too :)

That's the restaurant where we had our dinner

We saw 1 bentley and ferrari both with the number plate 11

Upstairs...Moon Ladder at Labrador

That's the cosy area facing the sea at Moon Ladder

Did Darling booked the whole restaurant??

Yum Yum 300gms of Drunkard Prawns

Juicy, Tender Beef Steak

Night: That's the night scene of the pool :) Cool

Have you explore Labrador Park Yet ?

Cheers,

Mrs Tootsie

Yerrr Fei Zai from the Zoo in Japan

Gotcha!!!

2 victims fall into the trap:

Victim 1: Mrs Tootsie dad....got tricked by peeling the skin.

Victim 2: Mrs Tootsie colleague and here's the evidence...the mouth bite. MY GOD!

"Amy Ye aka Ye Zi Mei"

Wooo!!! Burrrp.

Clovey my Carebear :)

Happy 1 yr and 7th mth Anniversary to Mr and Mrs Tootsie :)

Thank u dear dear for buying me a carebear and a lovely ring that caught my eyes. *Blink*

Darling was telling me every girls must have a carebear and he bought me this carebear with a clove leaf on her stomach (gd luck for work).

With that, Clovey my Carebear is born on 300608, 2 days before our anni (She is now my 4th baby after Giggly, Piggy, Dale and Clovey) . Dinner at my favourite park too :) More pics on our dinner venue coming up soon. (* patiently waiting for darling to send me the pic, tap tap tap*)
