Which rims for my Rex?

Its a tough choice.. Initially I was thinking of this wedssport SA70. Its black chrome and I love the blue tint inside but the thing is its quite heavy at 7.6kg. The price for this is about $400+ per rims.

So now I am considering this other 2 choices which would be much more expensive(Both is 2k+). The ce28 or prodrive gc10. I'll prefer gunmetal ones. But problem is what is all this offset thing? I read a bit on the subject but still I'm not sure about it.

If I am not wrong, the ce28 is 6.4kg and the prodrive is 6.9kg. So weight or style?
